"I have been there". I know first hand the weight of mental health struggles, the feeling of isolation, and the ups and downs that come with living with bipolar disorder, anxiety, paranoia, addiction and depression. I have faced the darkest moments myself and understand how it feels to struggle with self-worth, self love and the thoughts of suicide. You are not alone.
People don't just want a coach; they want someone who truly understands their pain. My mental health experiences are a unique asset to someone who is struggling. I am someone who can relate firsthand to your struggles. My approach is compassionate and credible.
Through years of navigating my own mental health journey, I have found coping mechanisms, strategies, and tools that helped me manage my conditions and improve my mental well-being. I want to share those with you to help you take control of your mental health and your life.
Over the last 3 years I have progressed my own mental heath in a positive way through therapy, groups, coaches, but most of all love for ones self through extensive positive physical work. Exercise, Yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, and spiritual awareness to name a few. My own journey is proof that it is possible to move from a place of suffering to one of healing. Recovery is possible and that change isn't a dream.
Mental health is personal. We all have different experiences and different needs. In my coaching, I offer a tailored approach, using evidence-based strategies, mindfulness techniques, emotional support, and spiritual awareness to help you manage your unique mental health challenges. I will address your unique path to healing as it relates to you.
I am here to walk with you on your journey. It wont always be easy, but with commitment, support, and the right tools, you can learn to manage your mental health and live a fulfilling life. Healing takes time and effort and I am there to help you commit to the process. You are not paying for a service. You are investing in something long term, with real, sustainable benefits.

"You are not alone" I am here to offer ongoing support as you work through challenges, celebrate progress, and keep moving forward, no matter how small the steps might feel. Recovery isn't linear, and its important that you are supported even during setback.
"Think of your recovery as if you were riding a big wave" For the most part we are just floating in the calm water waiting for a big wave to immerge. When those big waves of emotion, depression, and self worth arrive we need to ride those big waves. We ride these waves knowing that the wave will soon break on the beach. The beach is the safe place where we want to be. Let me show you how to manage riding those big waves safely so that you can eventually land on the beach.
