Tools To Help Manage Mental Health

Over the past three years, I’ve been on a journey that has completely changed my life—and the way I understand mental health, both in myself and in others.
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1 and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
During the seminar I will go into great detail and tell my story. My hope is that it will hit home on just how crippling Mental health can be but in the same breath, show there is hope and it can be managed.

Mental health illnesses—also called mental disorders—are conditions that affect a person's thinking, feeling, mood, behavior, or perception. These disorders can interfere with daily functioning, relationships, work, and quality of life. They range in severity and can be short-term or chronic.
